Refund policy

Due to the time sensitive nature and expiration date of our products we do not accept returns nor do we provide refunds of purchased supplements, with exception of our Legacy Pure 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Exceptions are made for damaged or defective products. If you receive a broken or damaged product in your order please send a picture of the item as well as a picture of the lot number (located on the underside of your product to: orders@chirhowellness.com.

We want you to shop confidently — that’s why your initial order of a Legacy Pure Supplement is covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied, email us at orders@chirhowellness.com within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund on the first bottle of each product.

If multiple bottles are purchased on an initial order, we will accept returns of unopened bottles for refund.

This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of Legacy Pure Supplements from our official website.
